It happened on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 10:30 p.m. in Hicksville.
According to Nassau County Police detectives, an unknown man approached three male victims in Broadway Deli located at 23 Broadway and asked for money.
An argument followed inside the deli and continued outside, police said.
After exiting the deli, the suspect displayed an unknown sharp item and slashed two of the victims, ages38 and 45, in the face. The suspect fled northbound on Broadway.
The victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The suspect is described as being white, in his mid-20s, 6-foot tall, 170 pounds with a thin build. He was wearing blue jeans, a dark-colored sweatshirt, a black hat and had a red backpack.
